My Story

25 years in London's digital and advertising agencies. Great career, but the wrong life for me.

I was ambitious, driven, and good at what I did. But in 2019 I started to feel like something was missing.

I did a lot of self work - coaching, breathwork, journalling, courses. Things were shifting, but not fast enough.
 

In March 2023 I was diagnosed with breast cancer. I had the aggressive kind so the full treatment works that lasted almost a year. That year changed everything for me.
 

The life I'd been living was no longer the right path for me. I knew it with complete clarity for the first time.
 

As soon as treatment ended I threw myself into retraining; reflexology, emotional freedom technique, everything that had helped me rebuild myself. I left the corporate world for good in November 2025. In January 2026 we packed up London life and moved to the coast with our two boys. Those decisions have been the best decisions I've ever made. 
 

One of the first people I met in Worthing was the wonderful Jenny from The Intuitive Path. I went to her for a reading and she asked me something that I just hadn't considered up to this point... 

"Is there any reason you're not using your marketing skills differently?"
 

I'd been so focused on everything I wanted to leave behind - the toxic environments, the egos, the work that didn't mean anything to me - I'd completely lost sight of what I actually loved. Helping people. Helping businesses run by good people do good in the world.
 

That same day, Grow with Kerry was born. I've been so busy on client work my website is only just going live. I'm grateful everyday that I get to do something I love with the most amazing people.
 

I bring all of my lived experience with me. 25 years in Londons best agencies, working with the biggest household brands, my holistic training and my absolute love for bringing the best out in people... also, the life experience of things hitting rock bottom and seeing that as an opportunity for change whilst having the determination to enjoy all the moments of live. I know first hand what it takes to stop, look honestly at what isn't working, and have the courage to change it and now that what I help amazing women and small businesses do.
