A little about your information

At Grow with Kerry, I believe in being straightforward about how I work and that includes what happens to your personal information.

This policy explains what I collect, why I collect it, how I look after it and the choices you have.

Grow with Kerry is operated by Kerry Howell, registered as With Kerry.

Website: www.growwithkerry.co.uk
Email: growwithkerry@gmail.com
Business contact address: St Lawrence Avenue, Worthing, BN14 7JF.

What information I collect

Depending on how you interact with Grow with Kerry, I may collect:

  • Your name, email address and contact details.

  • Information you share when you enquire about working together.

  • Information about your business, goals and challenges that you provide during consultancy projects.

  • Booking, payment and purchase records.

  • Your email address when you request a free resource.

  • Information about how you use the website, where collected through cookies or analytics.

I only ask for information that's relevant to what we're doing together.

How I use your information

I use personal information to:

  • Respond to enquiries and communicate with you.

  • Arrange and deliver consultancy services.

  • Send resources you've requested.

  • Process purchases and maintain transaction records.

  • Manage client relationships, invoices and business administration.

  • Improve the website and understand how it's used.

  • Send marketing updates where I have the appropriate permission or another valid legal basis.

My legal reasons for using your information

Under UK data protection law, I need a lawful basis for processing personal information.

Depending on the circumstances, I rely on:

  • Contract: when information is needed to provide services or digital products you've requested.

  • Legitimate interests: for appropriate business administration, responding to relevant enquiries and maintaining business relationships, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

  • Legal obligations: where I need to retain records for accounting, tax or other legal requirements.

  • Consent: where required, including for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

Free downloads and marketing emails

If you request a free resource, such as my AI visibility checklist, I'll use your email address to send it to you.

Requesting a download does not automatically sign you up to receive marketing emails.

If you separately choose to receive occasional news, ideas or resources from Grow with Kerry, you can unsubscribe at any time.

Who I share information with

I use trusted service providers to help run the business. These may include website hosting, forms, email delivery, payment processing, document storage, scheduling and accounting services.

My website is hosted on Wix, which also supports my website forms and automated emails.

I do not sell your personal information.

Where information is stored

Information may be processed or stored by service providers operating outside the UK.

Where international transfers take place, I will use appropriate safeguards as required by applicable data protection law.

How long I keep information

I only keep personal information for as long as I reasonably need it.

As a general rule, I aim to delete enquiries, client information and contact details within three years of our last interaction, unless there's a good reason to keep them longer.

Some information, such as invoices and financial records, may need to be kept for longer to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements.

If you've signed up to receive emails from me, I'll keep your details until you unsubscribe or they're no longer needed.

When information is no longer required, I'll securely delete it.

Cookies and website analytics

Like many websites, Grow with Kerry uses cookies and similar technologies to help the website function.

Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, visitors will be given an appropriate choice.

You can also manage cookies through your browser settings.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to request access to your personal information, ask for corrections, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, and request transfer of certain information.

Where I rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

To make a request, email growwithkerry@gmail.com.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at www.ico.org.uk.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect personal information and use appropriate security measures and trusted service providers.

No online system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but protecting your information is important to me.

I may update this policy as the business develops or legal requirements change. The latest version will always be available on this website.
